Professional Standards Review

Professional Standards Review Organization (PSRO) is a committee established by the medical control authority for the purpose of improving the quality of emergency medical services. All data collected under PSRO processes is confidential and not public record.

To submit a case or practitioner for professional standards review use this site’s contact form or contact the MCA directly. Please note contact form and unencrypted email are not HIPAA compliant, practitioners shall not submit patient identifiers. Agency name and date of incident may be used to refer to a specific case. The last three digits of an incident number may optionally be included.
